Wondering if things will ever just get better?

Good news, this is where I come in.

Hi there! I’m Christine, and I work with people just like you, who want to do something about their current circumstance. I help people break out of cycles so they can stop spinning in order to move forward. My clients are often seeking self-growth, better relationships, help with ADHD life, and/or working through hardships/trauma.

I work with my clients through a collaborative approach. Time spent in therapy with me is non-judgemental and where you can be yourself. I love my job because this looks so different for each of my clients!

I personally know the benefits of therapy and the help it can bring. I’m naturally wired for this type of work and want to partner with you. Together, we will find clarity and balance…..oh, and maybe a little humor too.

Clients who work with me are often appreciative of the authentic experience in therapy when they work with me. I aim to provide a safe environment where you we can work on the tough stuff.

I am empathetic and supportive, and you’ll come to learn that I’ll also challenge you in order to help you reach your goals.

It’s hard to see past the chaos when you’re in the thick of it.

Sometimes turning to face our problems feels and looks like a nightmare. My job is to work with you to make things more manageable.

I’ve worked in the field of mental health for over 15 years. I’ve had the pleasure of working with a variety of populations, to include almost a decade exclusively serving veterans or military service members and their families. I enjoy working with both military and civilian populations. I worked for many years with families who were in, or getting out of, abusive relationships. This included working with both sides within a domestic violence/intimate partner violence relationship.

As a neurodivergent affirming therapist, it can be helpful to know that I am neurodivergent myself (ADHD) and have a child with ADHD. While my personal experiences are not that of everyone's, it can be comforting to know I have a lived experience in the roles of personal and parenting, in addition to clinical experience.

To my fellow therapists out there, it can be so difficult to find a good fit for a therapist for ourselves right!? I provide a space that allows for you to take the therapist hat off and just show up as you. Naturally, it might find it's way back, however part of my role is offering to help to carve out that space and boundary. I provide a zero-judgement space, with no expectations other than to help support your goals. For the therapists who would prefer to learn as we go, I'm happy to support clinical feedback and/or case consultation, should that be of interest as well.

I believe that we are always learning as humans, and that includes therapists! I enjoy seeking growth through consultation and trainings.
